Microwave in the ceramic industry and petrochemical industry
    Ceramic industry is a high energy consumption, high pollution and resource consumption of the " two high and one capital" industry . Both from raw material processing , forming, drying , firing into the waste recycling , energy conservation in all aspects of the ceramic industry has great potential and development space. Xian Zhiyong and Qiu-Yun Zhang and other energy saving for the ceramic industry response measures were reviewed.
    China's coal storage capacity , annual production and consumption are among the first in the world , brought about by the coal-fired power plant SO2 can not be ignored . In recent years , scholars of microwave irradiation activated carbon FGD technology has been extensively studied , these studies show that the technique can not only eliminate the pollution of SO2 in the flue gas , but also sulfur recovery resources , thus SO2 pollution control and resource recovery combined. Zhong Liyun such as systems analysis and summary of microwave irradiation activated the mechanism and flue gas desulphurization technology development status and future trends of this technology were discussed.
    In addition , the microwave drying technology in medicine, wood processing , laboratory analysis and other fields also applied. However, the lack of microwave drying moisture means of rapid detection of line , drying is relatively difficult to determine the end point in the drying process and equipment, there is still a lot of problems to be solved . Microwave technology in wastewater , waste gas treatment research stays in the lab .
